SRX20281260: Genome Sequencing of Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae B48
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 550) run: 3.2M spots, 938.4M bases, 322.3Mb downloads

Design: A single colony was picked to King's B Media and grown overnight at 28 degrees C. Genomic DNA was extracted using a Promega Wizard Kit, and genomic DNA was sent for sequencing to SeqCenter using their standard protocol.
